Series: The Women Who Saved Moses

This week wraps up our series with the fifth person who saved the life of Moses: his wife, Zipporah. In a bizarre story of saving his life, we will look deeper to see what it reveals to us about the power and role of Zipporah. We first encounter her when she is chosen to marry Moses—her father is the one who decides this and who seems to have the respect of Moses. Zipporah chooses her own path and takes critical action in order to protect his life.

The brave ones are not always the names remembered or written down. Nevertheless, they make a big impact. Five different women took risks throughout his life to save him. Had it not been for them, Moses may never have been the remarkable leader that we are familiar with today. We will dive deep into the lives of these five women and discover their stories of courage and compassion.
