Thrive: Investing in Community

Jesus talked about money and so should we! We’ll hear the story of a greedy farmer who wanted to keep all his possessions to himself, building bigger and bigger barns to store it all. It’s a warning about the dangers of thinking only for your own well-being. What does it look like to invest in a community instead? When we invest in others, we often see how it benefits them AND us—it doesn’t hurt us. Join us in worship as we challenge ourselves to invest in the well-being of others and share the gifts we’ve been given.
