We begin a 2-year program run through St. Kate's University in St. Paul. A trained spiritual director, Peter Watkins, will lead these monthly sesions to introduce various contemplative practices to participants. We will meet the 3rd Sunday of the month 11:15am - 1pm. We will explore practices including sacred listening, prayer journaling, lectio divina, centering meditation, labyrinth prayers.
